A new category of company software

The operating system for leadership.

Olmex reads Slack, GitHub, Jira, and the tools your company already runs on — maps the work to your goals, and gives leadership one grounded operating picture: what's happening, why, and what to decide next.

Built for ops-heavy companies, 40–500 people that are done reconstructing the week by hand.

No credit card required. First briefing arrives Monday. Full production setup in one room in under 15 minutes.

The problem

Companies don't have an information problem. They have an understanding problem.

Every tool in your stack already captured what happened. Almost none of them tell you what it means.

Before Olmex
  • Status updates written by hand, every week
  • Six dashboards, zero agreement on what they mean
  • Decisions made from memory, not evidence
  • Monday spent reconstructing what already happened
Olmex
  • Reads every signal automatically — commits, tickets, messages, metrics
  • Maps it to the goals leadership actually set
  • Asks the one person who knows, the moment something changes
  • Compiles the picture before anyone asks for it
After Olmex
  • One briefing, already written, every Monday
  • Every claim traces to a real signal you can open
  • The meeting starts with the decision, not the recap
  • Leadership spends its hours deciding, not reconstructing
How it works

How the picture gets built

Six steps, running continuously in the background — not a report you have to schedule.

  1. 📥

    Signals

Commits, tickets, messages, metrics, documents — everything real work already produces

  2. 🧠

    Olmex Intelligence

Understands what changed and maps it against your goals

  3. Questions

Flags what's missing and asks the person who actually knows

  4. ⚖️

    Reasoning

Weighs the evidence, checks for conflicts, builds honest confidence

  5. 📰

    Operating Picture

One grounded narrative — what moved, what's at risk, what's next

  6. Decisions

The few calls that actually need a leader this week

Category

This isn't a tool you already have

Olmex isn't a dashboard, a BI tool, an AI chatbot, or a knowledge base. It's the layer that sits above all of them.

Dashboards show you numbers.
Olmex tells you what they mean.
BI tools answer the question you know to ask.
Olmex surfaces the one you didn't.
AI chat waits for you to ask.
Olmex asks first.
Knowledge bases store what happened.
Olmex tracks what's happening now.
Project management tracks tasks.
Olmex tracks whether the company is winning.

What changes for leadership

Not what Olmex does. What's different about your week.

📰

No more status meetings

The update that used to take a Thursday afternoon is already written when you open Slack Monday morning.

🎯

Alignment, not archaeology

See what's actually pulling toward the goal you set — and what's quietly working against it — before the quarter ends, not after.

📎

Answers you can check

Ask anything. Get an answer with the evidence attached — or an honest "here's what's missing, and who to ask."

Every number has a reason

Nothing moves without an explanation attached, pulled from the person who actually knows — not guessed by a model.

🔗

One picture, not six tools

Slack, GitHub, Jira, docs, metrics — read once, reconciled into a single operating picture leadership actually reads.

🕒

Hours back, every week

The time your team spent compiling status and your leads spent writing summaries goes back to running the company.

Walkthrough

Three moments, start to finish

1

Updates flow in from where work happens

GitHub commits, CRM moves, metric sheets, and 30-second human updates via Slack. Olmex reads every one, tags it, and connects it to your goals — with confidence it never fakes.

The picture compiles itself — and comes to you

Every Monday at 8:00, the briefing lands in Slack: what moved, what's at risk, what needs a decision. No analyst lost a Thursday to build it. No dashboard you have to remember to visit.

Olmex asks — so people never write reports

When a number moves or work contradicts direction, Olmex pings the one person who knows why. Their 30-second reply is attached to that moment forever. Three days of archaeology becomes one question.

Trust

Built to be trusted with how a company actually runs

Every property below ships in the product today — not a roadmap slide.

🧭

Grounded, not hallucinated

Every claim in the picture traces to a real signal. The model is structurally blocked from inventing evidence.

📊

Confidence, stated honestly

Every answer says how sure it is — and names what's missing instead of guessing.

🗂️

Full audit trail

Every sensitive action — an admin viewing a workspace, a correction, an override — is logged and reviewable.

🔒

Room-level permissions

Workspace roles and per-room access control exactly who sees what — enforced at the database, not just the UI.

🔐

Encryption at rest

Connected tool tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) — never stored in plain text.

🏢

Multi-tenant isolation

Row-level security guarantees one company can never see another's data — not even accidentally.

Simple pricing. Zero per-seat nonsense.

One workspace. One price. Add as many people as you want. Pick what you're ready for today; upgrade when you grow.

Questions answered

Everything you need to know about getting started and growing with Olmex.

How long is setup?

15 minutes. One directive, one goal, five metrics, connect Slack, and Olmex reads the room. We can walk you through it, but most teams do it solo.

Do you need our GitHub? Jira? Files?

Nope. Pick what you have. Start with Slack and metrics. Add GitHub or Jira anytime. Olmex works with what exists; it doesn't force new tools.

What if we're not in Slack?

Olmex ships briefings to Slack (the weekly sync lives there, along with asks). If you're not on Slack, reach out — we can discuss alternatives.

Can we have multiple rooms?

Yes. One workspace, many rooms. Ops gets one view. Sales gets another. Each room has its own goals, metrics, ask loop, and briefing. Founding plan and above.

How do you stay cheap?

No per-seat pricing. No per-metric fees. Flat per-workspace cost. Aggressive cost optimization on our side (smart caching, selective ingestion, Haiku routing). That's it.

What happens if we cancel?

Your data is yours. Hard delete on request, no recovery period. Briefings stop arriving; everything else is available for 30 days (to export if needed).

Is this really grounded?

Yes. Every claim in your briefing links to a source you can open. If Olmex can't verify something, it says "we don't know" and tells you who to ask instead of hallucinating.

How does the ask-loop work?

When a metric moves or work contradicts your goals, Olmex pings the person who knows (Ops Lead, Sales Lead, etc.). They reply in Slack in 30 seconds. That answer lives in the briefing forever.

Can we customize questions?

Team and Company plans get custom ask routing (send specific questions to specific people). We can also set standing questions ("What's our utilization this week?").

What about security and permissions?

Encryption at rest, room-level access control, and a full audit trail on every sensitive action — see Trust above. SSO and a formal SOC 2 audit are on our roadmap, not a claim we make today.

Our belief

We believe every company deserves a living operating picture.

Not a dashboard nobody opens. Not a status update nobody reads. A company that understands itself, continuously — so leadership spends its hours deciding, not reconstructing what already happened.
